recently went to watch DeathNote!

despite the fact that it is in japanese and it is annoying to keep on looking at the english wordings, it is so far the best movie i've watched. the plot was really really good, and if i knew the story was that good, i'd probably read the novel.

and i am currently forcing my mom to watch the show.

life's been a weeny bit hectic.

went for Yamaha's Showcase yesterday night. Milo Filicino was playing Sway with a few other small girls. and he was only playing the backgrounds a.k.a if-he-wasn't-there-no-one-would-realize part. so i was just there to waste 12 bucks that Uncle Filicino paid for me.

but it was really cool tho.
i saw Josephine Tiew! she was singing, dancing AND playing the piano. which explains, i never knew she could play the piano! xD
saw Alyssa, Mardihah, ex-tuition mate MinJia .. they were all involved in the showcase and i was watching. maaan do i feel even more musically untalented.

overall, i really enjoyed myself. altho Aunty Filicino was falling asleep sitting next to me. 24 songs were played with instruments and stuff. the starting was cool. they played Mission Impossible and had a few kids dance a hip-hop routine.

which reminds me ..

i wanna go for dance classes! xD

i told my mom that i want to try lyrical and ballroom coz hiphop is not really necessary but its hard to find classes that actually give u proper training, esp lyrical coz its a new type of dance in the industry.

i ESPECIALLY love Blake Mcgrath when it comes to lyrical.

he just moves so versatily.

and i remember that ep on sytycd when he made me cry. pls i wasn't the only one who cried.

watched R.V today.

really funny movie la so yeahh.

and yes this was the movie JoJo was acting in. no wonder my bro was so desperate to buy the dvd.

i think its quite similiar to Sims. you build your own roller coaster theme park with different types of rides, food lots, scenery decorations and stuff. but i prefered my two older versions, Hospital and Beach Life. Beach Life was the best. i'd get addicted for like hours. just like i did with Roller Coaster. ^^

its basically bout dance like duhh and i'm really lazy to explain the movie but i'll tell you; i'm soooooo buying the dvd. its a dvd worth buying. and the best thing bout this whole dance production is that ballet meets hiphop. its this whole cool mix which is something i have never seen before. the girl Nora is a very high status-ballerina studying in one of the biggest school of arts and the guy which is .. ahah. Channing Tatum. x3 is a law-breaker who lives in the streets but has a huge talent he never knew could bring him to high stages like Nora.

hahah. Nora is hot herself. sorry for late mentioning.

a trip to Batu Caves. =)
it all happened when Paarut ( pronounced Pa/Pe-ru ) or something like that was staying in Edna's house. Paarut is not related to Edna or her family at all. her parents were born in Africa and they are of Gujeratti blood from India. now her parents are living in London or was it Britain? and her home is in London. she's been travelling around the world, living in motels, dorms and hotels for the past 7 months and her next stop is Thailand.

she was living in Edna's father's hotel in PuduRaya when he found out that she got conned by someone. so being such an openly nice and friendly person, he invited her to stay in his house for a while.

which is really not a problem, coz Edna's house herself is like a hotel.
and btw, Edna's sister gave the extra WendyWu premiere ticket to her. =)
who wouldn't ?? Paarut's FILLED with a whole lot of nice-ness and she's beautiful herself.

so it was after we got some dance lessons from Paarut when we were having tea when Edna's dad asked her whether she would like to visit Batu Caves. and since i wasn't in a rush home, i went along.

THIS .. is the biggest Lord Murugan or something like that artifact in the world.

60 steps was enough to kill me.
there were two small temples in the cave which was really akward and small but owhh well.

then there was this small hole in the middle of the cave that let some nice sunshine through. such a beautiful view.
it was poorly maintained as a famous tourist spot coz there were lots of garbage everywhere. and it stinks too. such poor maintenance.

owhh did u know there was a little art gallery next to the cave? =)
there were many 3D artifacts that were created that was based on different Hindhu tales and stories. and i took HECK A LOT of pictures but i think i'll just show u a few. =)

there were babies being prayed for .. a mermaid person or is it a God? gray coloured Gods ..

carriages ..
elephant Gods ..lion Gods ..horse Gods?a i-don't-know-what-animal God ..and i saw Moses! hah. was just kidding.
thank God the walk down was a whole lot easier and less leg-killing.
